We are a young company put together by a group of professionals with lot of experience in their fields, and above all with the desire to help companies and end users with their information system's needs.
The mayor reason that pushed us to pursuit this goal was the lack of quality, responsibility and efficiency in the services been provided to Small Businesses, and as a small business ourselves we understand the need and have developed strategies to help you make your company grow.

Computers:

Whom now days doesn't utilizes the computer to "surf" the internet to look for an specific information or to check the tracking shipping information on the shippers portal or to send a message to someone with in the company or outside of the company,? This statistic would be less than 5% of the population between 25 to 55 years old in the US.
The IS / MIS is a department that doesn't generate any revenues therefore is it very hard justify its value within the company, because of that we have created services which will allow your company, although not to generate revenues, but help your revenue producers departments perform an a more efficient way that will duplicate or increase their productivity.
We avoid the careless expenditure of unnecessary cash that means keeping a body in the office maintaining your computers and networks via remote communications at a very low cost to you and as part of our yearly contract which includes the responsibility of resolving your hardware issue within 24Hrs of the original call and if a part replacement is necessary we'll depart a tech to your site.

DB Development:

TBS has developed a DB in Access® named CPR/CDB (Clinic patient record control data base)
it is geared to assist medical, dental, and ophthalmology clinics to control patients visit records, assign a patients chart No, medicine and merchandise inventory control, limited financial statement control of cash/and other income flow. Also a set of reports to help you issue monthly weekly, by patients, cash payments, Credit card payments etc.

Training:

TBS provides training to end user of all levels to help them in the understand and use Windows®, MS Word®, Excel&® and Power Point®, and very soon Internet access and communications and also training to learn the user of our DB we use backup material such as Book's and CD's (deliver to each of our students). All classes and the material are in Spanish but the terminology used in the classes and material is in English to help the Spanish speaking worker cope in a better way with the language, and soon we'll completing our English written material
